SARA ABBRUZZI, DO

Dr. Abbruzzi is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She has spent her 17 year career helping to alleviate the suffering associated with chronic and terminal illnesses. In 2018, she decided to study medical cannabis and begin patient certifications. She continues to be in awe of the benefits of this plant. Day after day, patients tell her that medical cannabis has changed their lives. So many have been able to rid themselves of pharmaceuticals and live a better quality of life. Dr. Abbruzzi certified veterans for free for the last 4 years and has set the standard for the lowest certification prices in the state.

 

RUPALI RAJPATHAK, MD

Dr. Rajpathak is a board certified Internal Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Medicine physician. She has over 10 years of experience in the field of palliative medicine and has won an award as one of the leading physicians in her field under 40. Her interest in medical cannabis stems from the potential of cannabis to treat a multitude of symptoms while caring for frail elderly patients with chronic conditions and serious illness. She has been certifying patients for medical marijuana since 2019 and she continues to be amazed by its benefits for her patients.

 

ALEX EVANS, DO

Dr. Evans completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and will be sitting for her HPM boards in 2022. She is passionate about improving quality of life for her patients and is pleased to be able to offer medical marijuana as another tool for symptom relief.

 

SMINA KHILNANI, MD, MPH

Dr. Khilnani is board certified in Internal Medicine and has a background in public health.  She has been treating chronic illnesses for the last seven years and continues to search for holistic and alternative approaches to alleviate suffering and promote wellness.  She cares deeply for her patients, and looks forward to helping them discover the benefits of medical cannabis as they progress in their journey towards better health and wellbeing.

 

KATELYN PHELPS, DO

Dr. Phelps is certified in both Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. She developed a passion for quality of life improvement during her work in the intensive care unit. Through continued education, she discovered the multitude of benefits of medical cannabis. She is eager to share this knowledge in helping others find alternative strategies in symptom management.

 

DIVYA SAREEN, MD

Dr. Sareen completed her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Infectious Diseases.  She has over 22 years of experience in working with patients with chronic and acute infections.   She also offers Wound Care services and is certified in Hyperbaric Medicine. Over these years, she has gained a profound empathy for her patients suffering from chronic illnesses and looks forward to alleviating and helping them through the benefits of medical cannabis.  Dr. Sareen understands that for several medical conditions cannabis treatment can offer excellent results as an adjunct treatment.

 

CHELSEA KERRIGAN, CRNP

Chelsea Kerrigan has been a nurse for over a decade and is currently a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. She has a particular interest in the treatment of chronic pain disorders and has seen enormous success in the usage of medical marijuana. Many of her patients have found that appropriate cannabis use not only enhances quality of life but lessens the need for supplemental analgesia including opiates. She is pleased to offer medical marijuana as another treatment options for her patients.

 

EMILY CORPORA

Emily Corpora is our administrative assistant. She joined us in April 2021 and coordinates all patient appointments for our practice. Emily has her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and International Business from LaSalle University. In her spare time, Emily loves spending time with her family, especially her husband, daughters and Beabull. Emily also enjoys reading, baking and needlepoint.
